went with jun hao. my current semester classmate. haha. he was overwhelmed by the way kai jie and i tackle the weights. LOL
back, triceps, biceps, abs, traps, upper and lower chest, deltoids. okay i dunno what other minor parts i've trained. but these are the main ones i did train. haha
i did the declined pullover. OMG. lower chest = CHUI!
okay nvm. im gonna train my lower chest. wheeees!
saturday go again? or once a week? i was thinking twice PER week. LOL.
li han is joining me next week. coolios. haha. must relac relac when gymming with girls. dun wanna scare anyone anymore. jun hao was scared stiff alr. LOL
