a reflection session yesterday at HQ. gosh i think i've really grown from that obnoxious lil boy to someone who knows how to think and speak. i guess everyone has noticed that in me :D

looking back on the past year i guess we had loads of fun together as EXCO(before that i was in the subcomm, before i knew it i was in charge of A sub comm - a leader) all the fun and laughter during completers' camp and G/J workshop.

i know i had enjoyed myself tonnes that i sometimes forget the feelings of others around me. for that i apologise.

but i guess everyone enjoyed the camp right? pretty much cos i loved the way i torturing other completers' with push ups - and a measly amount at that too. LOL. i was planning to make them do chin ups this year round. but wtf. ): no more completers' camp?

i know it was tiring running all over the place for the murderer game and coming to my station was the worse since i was the most sadistic game faciliator around. HAHA! MAN I LOVE TORTURING PPL! whoops! :X

had dinner over at swensens and headed down to st james! omg! i know im a noob - cos its my FREAKING FIRST TIME there! HAHA! loved the place, the music the lights. woohoo!

thanks to elina's cousin bro - we had free entry to the place and a room for singing K later in early morning(if you get what i mean) haha!

i think i got super drunk and i spouted LOTSA nonsense in the taxi on our way home at like 5 am? LOL

but well yeah. haha. had fun with my friends. love'em to bits! (:

and i think im becoming stronger! LOL. 2 more to 10 pull ups! omg omg! i never ever thought i'd be able to hit 5 much less 8! cause i was stagnant at 4 pull ups for like god knows HOW long! HAHA!

and i bench pressed 30 kg each side today. since the training intensity was 100%. so i basically went siao with the weights! haha! i did super heavy today. im gonna get stronger!

well that aside i still needa lose more weight. coach kai yang is pretty adamant that i lose more weight to paddle more efficiently.
