water training this saturday! but i thought of going to visit the dairy farm that our completers are going to be on the 7th and 8th! i wanna note the dangerous spots. but everything is clashing! ): how does even having good time management help?

went to school today(duh!) lol. had enterprise module. wtf lah i understand it but come on man. numbers and me dun click! zzz

finished up and headed for canoe training. omg lah. seriously i didnt even notice that we have improved in our physical fitness, we can do push ups without much agony and we run without getting too out of breathe and most importantly, WE HAVE BECOME UNITED! wheee! we had to memorise other team members names and i remembered all the girls' names when i was called up and joanne and yong an were like 'orh! only rmb girls' names' i threw in a bonus. i said out all the boys names as well! haha.

its my holidays after this week. i'm having class bbq on 1st of june. 6th is yusri's birthday bbq and kumon meeting(freaking clashed lah! zzz) 7th and 8th are reserved for kumon camp! and some rest days till 12th,13th,14th,15th. canoe training camp. PLAY HARD! TRAIN HARD!

had physical training on tuesday. i almost vomitted after running. zzz went home earlier since i couldnt do much and my vision was becoming double lol..

went cycling with tony and vincent yesterday. we were supposed to be cycling with the malays but dunno where they ended up. we waited so long for them that we decided to head to east coast. told them to call us when they reached, but no call from them in the end.

1 more weeks to holidays! WOOHOO! i have quite a few things to look forward to.. class BBQ.. completers' camp.. canoe camp(omg i heard that it is gonna be hell training)

but holidays are only 2 weeks :( zzz nvm better than nothing lol

i'm sad that a friend of mine has left us. boon keong rest in peace. i may not have been very close with you. but you were still my senior in macpherson. we used to play a little basketball together when i was still in secondary 2 and you in secondary 3.

just came from playing basketball. i'm feeling the effects of the training. i didnt even run out of breathe when i running up and down, around the dumb court. woohoo..

went to djay's hse yesterday. slacked the whole afternoon lol.

met up with jevonne and joanne after that. i cycled there lol. jevonne couldnt stand that joanne's webcam is not working. so i we met up and went to aljunied's mac. i did what i could.. reinstall the driver to stabilise the internal software.. re-integrated the webcam's assiociation with other programmes.

after that.. TA DAH! it was working!

and joanne was web camming all the way lol. oh yeah we saw din at mac too.

just as i was leaving i saw xiao hei, clar and min yi. xiao hei was like.. Aaron treating all of us ah! lol so many ppl leh girl. you think im money tree ah? lol

cycled back to ubi bball court. headed home for a change of shoes and to put my stuff and chopper back where it belongs.. before my mom screams -.-

went downstairs played ball. went to slack at central's coffee shop. headed home. ate(it was already 12 midnight o.O) bathed.

KO'ed! LOL

now going for vesak day's prayers.

canoe training this morning at lower seletar reservoir..

reach at like 11.50? 10 mins before 12. omg.. late coming penalty still applies. zzz. i was looking forward to meeting our coach. but he didnt talk to us at all though lol. dunno why. went water paddling and when we were done, he was already gone. zzz?

seniors instructed us for the training. warm up.. basic 5 BX.. push ups... but i was in the group who had water training first followed by land training. i was paired up with wilson. zzz. the both of us cannot coordinate lah zzz. joshua and i had no problem whatsoever... -.-

oh and our canoe basically capsized when i paddled one side and wilson tried to kay kiang do something else. FYI he is freaking heavy.. omg -.-

finished up water training and rested for like 5 mins? then time for han ting's REFRESHMENTS! YAY!

refreshments = chin ups -.-

okay so we did 30 chins ups. 60 push ups. nth lah actually. just that directly after that we ran and ran and ran and ran? lol i ran till my legs cramped but i continued running. i agree that those of who are reading my blog say that im dumb. basically after we finished, my legs went boom! lol couldnt feel anyway. cool eh?

time for land stroking.. omg... we had to hold the stupid paddles up. follow the correct way to paddle. and we were not allowed to pull our arms down! wtf! so catherine came to correct my stance and i did something lame. lol she put her hands under my hands(im holding the paddle) and she let go. then i told put ur hands like just now and i rested my arms on her hands lol. the girls were like crazy after seeing me do that haha. finally finished! and.. COOL DOWN!

went to bathe and the nearby stadium. yishun stadium or something.. headed home. wah kuku. my body feels shagged but im feeling the effects of the training now lol.

met up with 5B-ians today!

but before that wei sheng and chris came to RP today. brought wei sheng to eat the ayam penyet. shiok right? haha. sorry chris, you couldnt wait so ate first, you missed out on the really delicious food :X

so following that, bade farewell to wei sheng and chris. met up with joanne, zi heng and hong qing first, since we are all in RP! (esteen says we're the RP gang lol)

took the mrt down to bugis (our rendevous point). the RP gang was the earliest to arrive, followed by joseph and yee siang (they're not from 5B, but who cares? still friends from mpss :D ) then ting ze followed by esteen. and zi heng forgot about anthony lol.

waited outside mei zhen siang lol. then anthony came and finally! jevonne! lol

we ate at fish&co. ok lah the food, i dislike eating at such places since the food is fucking ex and i dun even feel full? lol but i finished up hong qing and esteen's portion since they couldnt finished it lol. (living trashbin lol)


walked in bugis for awhile then went to marina for movie, but ended up at suntec's arcade lol. stupid jevonne kept pinching both joseph and my chest. she like super shiok? lol and she stepped on your foot saying its comfortable 'soft soft and makes me taller' lol?

finished up arcade and those living in macpherson area took bus 70 while ting ze, hong qing, yee siang and i took the mrt.

reached home. freaking tired. there's canoe water training at 12 noon tmr. omg..

but im happy, seriously i am. knowing that our class's bonds are going stronger than ever. perhaps our thinking has matured since we entered poly? dunno, but im happy seeing my secondary classmates!

weekends are boring~!

worked this morning.. then went home and started cleaning the house. omg~ i'm a GUY doing HOUSEHOLD chores!

then dad said go carefour. bought some groceries and HEY! i've gotten a headlamp for my chopper! woots!

but its fucking boring lah. tmr is sunday. wth am i supposed to do to pass the day? zzz

canoe training is on every tuesday(land training) and saturday(water training). i dunno how am i gonna survive it. but i must! consistent training will give me what i want in 6 months? :/

as what my captain said: 80% will power! 20% physical power! GOGOGO!

canoe training started today! i was late though cos i attend my DENV diploma talk. zzz. anyways met up with joshua along the way. changed into my shoes and threw my valuable stuff in the locker. lol

started running.. then OMG!

wide push ups! crunches! 90 degrees leg lift! jumping jacks! PUSH UPS! CHIN UPS! and more push ups!

freaking tough! but i like it. 6 months to new me! :D im gonna get fit. i want to accomplish something on a tertiary level. im gonna push myself to the limits.

what makes me glad is that they punish us because they enforce teamwork A LOT! and they want to do things uniformly. ok lah not so bad. but.. punishment = push ups.

either being late or not completing chins up in the designated time = push ups.

1 sec - 1 push up
60 sec - 60 push ups
120 secs - 120 push ups

o.O

i cant feel my arms! i even had a hard time wearing my shirt on after bathing in school. and a HARDER time getting the shirt off when i reached home. omg. zzz

went out to buy a new phone pouch today. especially since my previous one had its zip stripped off. LOL.

but we left first to shop for the pouch, and cat came shortly after to have lunch with us. late lunch -.-

wei sheng and winnie came to find us too. they ate over there too. but we sent cat 3/4 off lol. meaning we walked half way only haha.

joanne was super lame lah. she told me her name was mary and awhile later cat was saying her name was jane LOL. and she started calling ding jie(tom),me(DICK - omg!) and wei sheng(harry) lol while we were playing pool.

and to my horror! we saw GUAN MING in the library STUDYING. no shit involved! he was studying. gosh the heavens are falling on us soon -.-

took a bus home. went out to ding jie's house to eat dinner. home cooked food is still the tastiest! :D

had EXCO meeting today. except that sub comm members were invited today as well. haha. jia yi, hui yin, ignatius, keng ee, edison turned up. the rest all became pilots according to hsiang ling. they put 'plane' LOL

had some serious shit going on in the meeting. i was freaking pissed at the way janice was arrowing wei jian lah. zzz. she sure can talk but fuck! the way she arrows is so inconsiderate. and wei jian was the only one there! his assistant team leaders weren't around at all. wtf could jia yi do as a sub comm member? zzz.

after that we went for dinner. at seoul gardens. zzz we walked up and down marina square for like THREE times? finally when we decided on eating waraku. seoul garden called us saying that there was space available for us. LOL. went up. PIGGED OUT! WOOT!
