we did sprint sets today. and hey! i capped only twice! lol. because my paddle got sucked in the water. dun ask me how. i dunno but its probably due to the swirly swirly things when we pull in the water.

finished it and coach was pointing to our personal mistakes. i needa twist more! ARGH!!! and MORE paddling lol. nic and dom went in a K2. kenneth and alzee went in a K2 as well. yusri and i continued in T1s cause coach said we needed to improve our strokes before we can enter the K-boats. fine by me! haha. i dun mind. basics are the MOST important steps in doing anything.

so yeah more paddling. sprint sets again. wtf

and my parents came to pick me after i went to eat lunch with the team. we went to JB! cool! i got myself a new pair of bermudas! and 2 tees! from giordano! at least im happy :P

but bloody hell lah. we left woodlands at 4 plus. 12 midnight then we reached home. WAH LAN. time just slipped through my fingers just LIKE that!

nvm. SLP NOW. tmr lunch meeting with my relatives.

8:43 AM; PUSH IT!
well i was kinda like screwed by melvin (senior) on wednesday's water training for not putting much effort in paddling. today! i put in 110% in paddling. i could the feel strain on the joints but i didnt give in! i kept on paddling.

T2 was pretty fast today considering the 10km.

T1 (5KM) WAS THE BEST! i overtook kenneth! woohoo~! first time i felt a little better after always being left behind.

KICK! TWIST! PULL!

i didnt capsize at all. and i was going at a relatively fast speed! lol. until kenneth told me to pace in a sprint set. haha. my frequency was much faster than his. his frequency is slow but his pulls are STRONG. and i mean strong no joke.

almost beat him :/ he said so himself haha. BUT! i capped! LOL.

nvm. experience is the key. i've gained something valuable today (:

effort pays off when you gain something in the end. endure it or lose it. thats all there is to it!

however, my right shoulder popped out of its socket after pulling too hard. zzz. hurt like hell as i tried to force it back in. did about 20 pull up during PT and melvin stopped me before my shoulder almost gave way. lol.

rehab exercise for my shoulder was working until today :/

oh well! REST TIME! gotta recover fast. although i dunno how fast lol. :X

other than that useless guy who is bleeding. let him bleed. LOL

i was the emcee for the day lol. and i was the one who organised the event. omg lah. so tiring. but it gave me great satisfaction, not only because it went well, but because the happy faces of my lil bros and lil sis brightened up the atmosphere. (:

mom was super happy throughout the whole day lol. guess it was due to the ASHR ceremony running smoothly.

everything ran smoothly! until.. the food -.- i anticipated the event to end at 4. so i ask for the food to be prepared by 4. however, we finished at around 3.45 zzz. but aiyah nvm. lol. the parents were glad that the food was piping hot :DD and the children? JELLY BONANZA! haha.

man im tired. shall slack off the day to recuperate. :DD

yay! holidays are finally here! woohoo~! anyway this marks the end of semester one and i'll be changing classes ): no more W26L. yeah we've had our differences but still one of the closest class i'll ever have.

HEY MICHELLE! SEE I UPDATE HOR! I GIVE YOU FACE! see i so guai! unlike you - always bullying me. :P

hehe. dun worry B&J's soon (: are you gonna finish the WHOLE tub by yourself? LOL

been pretty busy though, preparing for my centre's ASHR. its on saturday and still pretty half done. zzz. hope it'll work out though. zzz. went back to my secondary ytd after training to discuss with the OM about the usage of the temasek room. stupid dad of mine lah. talk the most do the least. cant stand him really -.-

because of ASHR i had to miss trying out the K boats on wednesday's water training and i have to miss saturday's water training as well. wtf. zzz.nvm i'll go on sunday. overall balance became much better. but still capsize on my right lol. still cant really grasp the tapping of water with the paddle on my right -.- one sided mind haha.

and i had strength test on monday. kns 2.4 i ran like 13 mins omg. so long nv run then become kns. lol. but still alright i wasnt pushing myself just running leisurely lol. i managed to do 18 kg of lats pulldown. THREE pull ups(started from ZERO LOL) and i did 27.5 kg per side for bench press. did it with no problem at all. i think i can go 30 kg shouldnt be a problem since i got the biggest chest among the juniors! LOL wheee~!

esteen's birthday is coming soon! 27th aug. 5B-IANS WILL BE GATHERING TO CELEBRATE! WOOHOO! miss all my buddies man! cant wait to see them :DD

and and! michelle! i'll be waiting for your 'jio me out one day' to come. HAHA!

4:21 AM; mental strength..
been so busy training, helping out at kumon, going to school.. omg lah. 6/7 days a week im busy. hais so tiring. but must push on. im no longer sick. but im still a little shaken lol.

anyways same regime this week. BUT! UTs are OVER! WHEEE! no more UTs! hehe. didnt go for training on tuesday due to my fever. but luckily it subsided by wednesday. so i went for water training on wednesday and saturday. omg lah tiring.

saturday's training was TIRING (pls take note of the CAPS) lol. did 10km paddling = 20 rounds of lower seletar reservoir on T2 with gilbert, followed by 6km = 12 rounds on T1. i still cap on the T1 -.- but im starting to understand how to really balance, i capped 4 or 5 times during the 1st round after that no more capping LOL - i need to warm up luh LOL :X

i became bolder lol, started trying to twist and kick. it turned out fine. EXCEPT! i only know how to tap water on my left -.- my right side i dunno how to slap the water to regain my balance. zzz and i always cap on the right. wtf. nvm i'll learn. im getting better i know it. i dun mind getting on the K boats being one of the last few. i wanna get the basics right first. :/ dom, alzee, kenneth and nic already went of K2 boats during saturday's training. grats guys! (:

but its fucking tiring. zzz. cant wait for the holidays. they're approaching in 2 weeks! YAHOOO~! after training went to shower and headed for lunch with the team. my god. the weather's fucking hot! even wahyudi was complaining that the heat was suffocating. zzz

following that i headed to kumon HQ once again. this time not for my sub comm meeting. but our last EXCO meeting ): haha but the meeting was fruitful though. went for seoul garden after that. ate my fill of meats. WOOHOO~! lol

heading home. bathed. slept like a log till this morning 10 plus cos i had to go celebrate my lil cousin bro's bday. happy birthday reuben! :D

ate a lot too. lol THEN I WENT TO BUY MY TIGHTS! LOL. im excited to wear them! LOL. anyways gotta rest early. tmr got cognitive module. sian ): i cannot skip le. i skipped twice le lol. SIAN!
