next squeeze the water out, gotta make sure its dry, otherwise the wanton will be all wet and you can't wrap it much less cook it (:

dump them into the boiling water and when they float up - they're ready!




i couldnt take any photos of when i was wrapping the wantons. since my hands were full of flour. LOL.
