100m time trial ytd and i capped again halfway. sian!

my starting burst is DAMN unstable. zzz.

okay nvm. after that had technical stroking and finally sprint sets!

omg~! its back. the sprint sets are back. holy shit!

but i think i've become slightly better? feeling wise. haha.

waited for the bus to bring us back to school for gym.

wah fuck. ytd i felt damn soft. dumb bell presses were a little difficult. haha.

i did pretty heavy weights ytd though. whole body chui now.

ESPECIALLY the back muscles. omggggg.

okay anyways. MR500 list is out. and im NOT paddling. expected already - sian.

its alright. i'll work harder for the next race!

but NOW... my short term is to bench press 40kg each side - 8 reps at least within 1 - 2 months!
