7:05 AM; back and butt muscles sore until dunno like what.
currently after last sunday's dragonboat with coach kaiyang.

my ass and back muscles are sore LIKE HELL!

holy hell.

havent fully recovered from the viral infection, went for strength test today anyway. ran the 2.4 like a dickhead ._. 12 mins plus. okay not bad. considering my bad condition.

pull ups 5 - could do more but back too sore.

bench press - 32.5 kg each side! 3 reps passed! tried 35kg next! but did only 2 reps. failed the last one. fuck. other i'd shut everyone up. haha! but i guess i did well. 70 kg 2 reps hmm.. seems pretty good to me.

lats pull down - full rack 20 plates. YESSAH!

i think i've gotten stronger compared to the last time i took the strength test. (;

good sign. im gonna get myself something! somehow! LOL.

i cant help but think that there's something very wrong. guys reading this. you should know what i mean. it just doesnt feel very bonded. ):
