FRIDAY
went for steamboat after school with kj, kin shen and thiam heng. we had a super hilarious time! we ate we crapped. and we laughing non stop because of crappy things we were joking about. i ate alot - BUT OMGGAWD! thiam heng himself ate like almost 10 plates of meat by HIMSELF! holy shit! and we were like - QUICK TAKE SOMEMORE! the tables adjacent to us were looking at us lol (both sides ALL girls) then when we kj took more meat. the younger girls were like - HEY! GOT MEAT LIAO! FASTER GO TAKE! and the super kuku part was we made our OWN concoction of soup! LOL. watermelon everything we dump in, haha! and we play oh ya pa ya som! ok sorry thiam heng you didnt know we three were in cahoots and you fell for it TWICE :X so yeah he drunk it up. the chilli thing and yucky soup. lol. walked to esplanade. on the way i farted in front of a indian riding the bike. LOL. sry lah i love bastard-ing ppl. HAHA. and i screamed when we were walking along the VERY VERY dark path. and ppl behind us got a shock of their lives. :P slacked awhile at esplanade. trained home!
SATURDAY
as usual woke up at 6 am. left the house at 6.30am. reach khatib mrt at around 7.30. slacked a bit cos it was raining. lol. 8.15 warm up started. the usual routine lah. then coach instructed the juniors to do sprint sets. 9 x 1000m for guys. i did like 4 sets and felt SUPER dizzy. almost fell off the boat zzz. bob told me to go up and rest, dun paddle. and YAY! coach scolded me stupid for not eating breakfast. zzz. its not that i dun wanna eat. its that i simply have no appetite. but aite, coach was very disappointed with us. not only in paddling but because some of us didnt eat breakfast too. he wants us to perform at our optimum and we like? crapped ourselves up? zzz. rested awhile, paddled T2 with wilson. not too bad considering i have no energy left. lol. but went up after a few sets too. again chui already. no energy. but at least i finished up the 50 pull ups.
bathed at the stadium and headed home. im like so so super chui ytd. didnt even wanna eat after i reached home. i knocked out after taking a shower -.- reached home at 4. slept till 7.30. 3 hours gone like that o.O
SUNDAY
I WANNA SLACK TODAY! IM SO TIRED. THERE'S TRAINING TMR. OMGGG. WE'LL BE TRAINING WITH THE SENIORS NOW. HOLY SHITTT.
