8:43 AM; PUSH IT!
well i was kinda like screwed by melvin (senior) on wednesday's water training for not putting much effort in paddling. today! i put in 110% in paddling. i could the feel strain on the joints but i didnt give in! i kept on paddling.

T2 was pretty fast today considering the 10km.

T1 (5KM) WAS THE BEST! i overtook kenneth! woohoo~! first time i felt a little better after always being left behind.

KICK! TWIST! PULL!

i didnt capsize at all. and i was going at a relatively fast speed! lol. until kenneth told me to pace in a sprint set. haha. my frequency was much faster than his. his frequency is slow but his pulls are STRONG. and i mean strong no joke.

almost beat him :/ he said so himself haha. BUT! i capped! LOL.

nvm. experience is the key. i've gained something valuable today (:

effort pays off when you gain something in the end. endure it or lose it. thats all there is to it!

however, my right shoulder popped out of its socket after pulling too hard. zzz. hurt like hell as i tried to force it back in. did about 20 pull up during PT and melvin stopped me before my shoulder almost gave way. lol.

rehab exercise for my shoulder was working until today :/

oh well! REST TIME! gotta recover fast. although i dunno how fast lol. :X
