we did sprint sets today. and hey! i capped only twice! lol. because my paddle got sucked in the water. dun ask me how. i dunno but its probably due to the swirly swirly things when we pull in the water.

finished it and coach was pointing to our personal mistakes. i needa twist more! ARGH!!! and MORE paddling lol. nic and dom went in a K2. kenneth and alzee went in a K2 as well. yusri and i continued in T1s cause coach said we needed to improve our strokes before we can enter the K-boats. fine by me! haha. i dun mind. basics are the MOST important steps in doing anything.
so yeah more paddling. sprint sets again. wtf

today's training was so different than when we were doing long distance paddling, TOTALLY DIFFERENT INTENSITY LEVEL. zzz. so fucking shitty tired.
and my parents came to pick me after i went to eat lunch with the team. we went to JB! cool! i got myself a new pair of bermudas! and 2 tees! from giordano! at least im happy :P
but bloody hell lah. we left woodlands at 4 plus. 12 midnight then we reached home. WAH LAN. time just slipped through my fingers just LIKE that!
