ahh~ peace and solace finally at my tagboard.

thanks to all who have helped out in supporting. i appreciate it. but now since i've privatised my blog, it should be the end of the hauntings haha.

anyways. training was cancelled ytd until next thursday. it was preparation of the seniors upcoming NCC competitions. they had time trial ytd.

and since i had no training ytd. went to self train. ran about 5km (my toe hurt after that -.- still not fuly healed zzz) did the regime we did during the first few trainings. push ups, crunches, body builder(modified version of burpies) and leg raises. finished off with abs exercises.

felt so weird. no training during saturdays. lol

after that went for lunch with djay and kai xi. slacked around for awhile. and headed home for a bath and proceeded to raffles place. kumon hq for my sub comm meeting. stupid shit. bad day for meeting - i dun understand why YOU(YES YOU! DUMB SHIT!) called for the meeting in the first place. I'M the leader, why are deciding for meetings without even telling me first? i am busy with my poly studies, commitments to the canoe team and kumon. and you.. YOU had the nerve to ask me what do i do between 12midnight and 6 AM? its obvious sportmen like me have to sleep right? oh no.. what did YOU say? IT WASNT NECESSARY TO SLEEP. NAP 1 OR 2 HOURS ENOUGH ALREADY.

seriously where are your brains? and you push everything to me? seriously i think that the moment i got pissed was already easy on you. i could have just fucked you up on the spot if i wanted to. you were fucking lucky that Mr Ishida was there.

think about it. REFLECT upon your own words.

and you.. another one of my members.. you didnt turn up for the meeting? not because you had tests or because of commitment to school? or because you went to your centre? YOU WENT TO SENTOSA - despite you saying that would come late. I'm not the kind of person who forces you to come for the meetings, i expect a certain level of responsibility if you're going to join my sub comm.

i didnt say you couldnt go for sentosa. i only expected you to come after that, furthermore we have the design layouts to explain to you. and we wanted to explain to you over dinner? and wth did you say after agreeing to come?
