9:07 AM; PADDLE PADDLE PADDLE!
went for training this morning. had to report to lower seletar reservoir before 8.15

wtffff

but its okay. i initially thought i was gonna be late. i kept on praying on the mrt LOL. reached on time anyway. haha. started off with the usual warm ups. and then instructions by coach. the seniors were to enter the water first. while the juniors were split up.

ran like 2 km the normal route and 30 pull ups and 15 push ups everytime we drop from the bar. its okay im telling you guys! wait till you see what our seniors are doing -.-

finished up PT. time for the water! wheeee~ coach instructed some of us to take the T1s (single person canoe) and we were allowed to use the carbon paddles. yes it does allow us to paddle faster as its shape catches more water. but its also very easy to break -.-

i was stressed man. T1 and carbon paddle. aiyah fuck lah. CHIONG anyway haha.

but! SLOW and STEADY first! went for 4 rounds in the reservoir. after each round i capped LOL -.-

capped as in capsized.

and i was rescued by one guy from nyp. this guy was damn zai lah. lol he rescue me with a K1! OMFG! those canoes are so easy to tip over! yet he rescued me so easily -.-

ahh nvm that. i finished up and returned back to shore. before long i went down the water again. LOL this time to play abit :/ hehe i was trying to burst lol.

6 strokes are my maximum for now. lol i capped after 6 strokes. nvm its all part of the experience in paddling! :DD

then finally when we called to get out the water. coach asked us to wear our running shoes again -.- time for MORE PT! omg!

listen closely ah! senior guys - 100 PULL UPS and senior girls 70 PULL UPS + 20 push ups after they drop from the bar and leg raise AND 2 rounds.

juniors were like 30 pull ups for guys and 20 for girls -.- 15 push ups and 1 round only. cant complain can we? LOL

and we actually needed to do over a thousand push ups because we exceeded the time limit but coach gave us discount. took away one zero LOL so it became 100 instead. finished it as a team! headed to bathe and lunch with the team. slacked at mac for awhile before leaving for funan with hairul tomi and benjamin even though i wasnt following them :/ lol

met up with michael there. and FUCKING HELL! his new comp de graphic card is SUPER man! then stuck around there for awhile before heading to dhoby ghaut to meet up with the skcc ppl. we were gonna watch kungfu panda again lol. and and we had carl's jr for dinner. okay for the first time i actually told them i cannot eat anymore LOL.
