training is tough man. i can't even get a proper night's rest during the weekdays. zzz monday work then i will normally slp at 11. tuesday land training, wednesday water training both till night time, then thursday working again. zzz friday is supposed to slack day, but i went to chung cheng high main to support kai xi and my dearest sis! AISHAH!

she rocked the house man! her voice was totally DIFFERENT! i was super astonished! but yeah expected that she would claim first place in the solo category, and there was this sec 1 guy who also went solo. first performance to get the whole talentime rolling, gosh! he sings with style and he brought the house down. the rest were so-so. kai xi's team was super good in the co-ordination. they got 2nd! GRATS!

saturday water training as usual. not usual. we've started training with the seniors. gotta reach lower seletar reservoir before 8.15. zzz. so im left with sunday to have a super LONGGG slp lol
but anyway, finished up with training and headed to meet up with qinliu for lunch and proceeded to kumon hq for my sub comm meeting. good job guys! the articles are well written! :DD and welcome qinliu and rui jia to my sub comm! following that, discussed about the newsletter.. delegated some more work.. and finally!

btw good news guys! i lost 5kg! woohoo! and im able to do wide pull ups now! :DD stay tune. the new aaron is coming soon! how soon i dunno lah - just SOON lol. :X
