2:22 AM; ENDURANCE!
canoe training this morning at lower seletar reservoir..

reach at like 11.50? 10 mins before 12. omg.. late coming penalty still applies. zzz. i was looking forward to meeting our coach. but he didnt talk to us at all though lol. dunno why. went water paddling and when we were done, he was already gone. zzz?

seniors instructed us for the training. warm up.. basic 5 BX.. push ups... but i was in the group who had water training first followed by land training. i was paired up with wilson. zzz. the both of us cannot coordinate lah zzz. joshua and i had no problem whatsoever... -.-

oh and our canoe basically capsized when i paddled one side and wilson tried to kay kiang do something else. FYI he is freaking heavy.. omg -.-

finished up water training and rested for like 5 mins? then time for han ting's REFRESHMENTS! YAY!

refreshments = chin ups -.-

okay so we did 30 chins ups. 60 push ups. nth lah actually. just that directly after that we ran and ran and ran and ran? lol i ran till my legs cramped but i continued running. i agree that those of who are reading my blog say that im dumb. basically after we finished, my legs went boom! lol couldnt feel anyway. cool eh?

time for land stroking.. omg... we had to hold the stupid paddles up. follow the correct way to paddle. and we were not allowed to pull our arms down! wtf! so catherine came to correct my stance and i did something lame. lol she put her hands under my hands(im holding the paddle) and she let go. then i told put ur hands like just now and i rested my arms on her hands lol. the girls were like crazy after seeing me do that haha. finally finished! and.. COOL DOWN!

went to bathe and the nearby stadium. yishun stadium or something.. headed home. wah kuku. my body feels shagged but im feeling the effects of the training now lol.

JEVONNE! your pinching has caused my chest to 'grow' 2 extra nipples! LOL. what do you plan to do about this? :X
